We offer the opportunity for you to take courses at CCEF and transfer them toward your Westminster degree.

Review the policy below that corresponds with the year you began your WTS program.

If you began your program during the 2017-2018 academic year or later...

A maximum of 35 credits may be accepted for transfer credit, subject to the specifications listed below and the requirements of your degree program.

  1. CCEF courses taken BEFORE September 1, 2017
Up to 35 credits may be transferred with a transfer fee of $100 per course.

  2. CCEF courses taken AFTER September 1, 2017
Up to 15 credits may be transferred with a transfer fee, which is the difference in current tuition between the CCEF course transferred and its corresponding MAC course. You must take at least one Westminster course during the final semester of coursework.
Only courses in which a grade of C or above was received will be accepted for transfer credit.

If you began your program during the academic years 2011-2012 through 2016-2017...

  1. Up to 15 semester credit hours may be accepted for transfer credit toward a student’s degree program at WTS free of charge. Students must take at least one Westminster course during the final semester of coursework.

  2. Only courses in which a grade of C or above was received will be accepted for transfer credit.

If you began your program prior to the 2011-2012 academic year...

  1. Normally, up to two courses may be transferred without tuition payment. You may request approval for two additional courses to be transferred.

  2. If additional courses are approved for transfer, you must pay the full rate of tuition at WTS.

  3. No more than four courses will be accepted for transfer credit. For any coursework to be considered for transfer from CCEF, the courses must be completed (including having been graded) prior to beginning any coursework at Westminster.

  4. Only courses in which a grade of C or above was received will be accepted for transfer credit.

To begin the transfer credit process, submit the Transfer Credit Request form to the registrar's office, and request that CCEF send an official transcript.
