Let the Dean of Students Office know ASAP if you notice something on campus that is spilled, broken, or in need of repair. The Office will create a Facilities work order to address the issue.

The sooner Facilities knows about an issue, the sooner they can address it. Stains on floors that are addressed quickly are easier to clean than those that sit for several days. Broken equipment can be more of a mess, higher in cost, and provide less service if allowed to continue in disrepair than if it is fixed as soon as Facilities can do so.
