To request an exception to a specific policy or regulation, you need to submit a petition to Academic Affairs. In the petition, please specify which policy you are seeking an exception to and include any extenuating (unusual or unexpected) circumstances that you think could warrant the exception. 

The Academic Affairs office will contact the appropriate field committee or department head for review and notify you when a decision has been made.

Exceptions to the Seminary's policy will only be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances.
