For student use. Employees should follow the instructions in Paylocity for WTS use.

For use by WTS-approved functions only

Use must be pre-scheduled

1. Make request for pavilion use to deanofstudentsoffice@wts.edu well in advance of event date for booking staff to turn on and off utilities.

2. Supply date, times inclusive of set-up and clean-up, number attending, and purpose of gathering.

3. If the pavilion is available, the Dean of Students Office will reserve in the campus facilities booking application and notify Facilities.
​
4. Completely clean the area of signs of the event after the event is finished. Do not put liquids in the trash; pour them out on the ground.
