Gospel Communication

Course Description

This course is designed to introduce students to three core aspects of Gospel communication: the content of Gospel communication, the context of gospel communication, and the individual communicator. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to apply the principles and tools they receive to the different media available for Gospel Communication.

Course Assignments

  • 1 - Contextualization (15%)
  • 4 - Small Group Meetings (15%)
  • 1 - Gospel Communication Project (50%)
  • 3 - Live Class Meetings (Though optional, they are highly recommended)

Synchronous Meeting Times

This course offers optional synchronous class meeting(s) through Zoom which will be scheduled during the term based on everyone's availability (a poll will be taken by the instructor for these meetings and they will be recorded for students who are unable to attend live). These meetings will be helpful for the formation your understanding of apologetics as well as provide an opportunity to practice the method live with your instructor.

  • Week 3: Thursday, 10/2, 6-7pm ET
  • Week 7, Thursday, 10/30, 6-7pm ET
