Accessing Provided Digital Readings

In the Course at a Glance and Syllabus, some of the required readings are entire books marked as provided digitally through the Library or in Canvas. Here is a quick guide on finding those resources:

If the reading is in Canvas

Readings provided within Canvas are usually articles or sections of books and located in the weekly module. If readings are not found in the weekly module, then check the Course Introduction module or "Files" (from the left-hand menu).

If the reading is provided by the library

Resources provided through library normally fall into two categories:

  1. eBook directly available through the WTS Library (via EBSCOhost)
  2. Atla E-Book

You can access these resources by going to the Library home page.

Scroll to the middle of the page and search for the resource using the "Search All Westminster Library Resources" shown below:

WTS Library eBooks (via EBSCO eBook)

WTS Library ebooks will display like this:

Please note the "Username/library card number" and "Password" fields update to "Barcode" and "Last name" (it is essential that you capitalize the first letter of your last name) when you choose Westminster Theological Seminary as the library.
