While Westminster constructs courses and prerequisites thoughtfully, there are opportunities to receive a waiver for a prerequisite course. This allows you the ability to enroll in a course without having the exact prerequisite completed.

With compelling reason, you may submit a prerequisite waiver request form to the registrar’s office. All requests must be approved by the instructor who teaches the course and may also require approval from the department coordinator, at his/her discretion.

If the request is approved, the registrar’s office will register you for the course.
