Westminster admits students of any race, color, national and/or ethnic origin and entitles them to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students at the seminary. The seminary does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, or scholarship and loan programs.
The seminary believes that the Scriptures restrict to men the ordained ruling and teaching offices of the church. Therefore, the MDiv Pastoral Ministry emphasis and the DMin Pastoral Ministry concentration are specifically structured to prepare men called to the ordained ministry.
Westminster also believes that the Lord has given a variety of gifts to women and men not called to the ordained offices of the church and is committed to training those students for positions of service in the church that do not require ordination. Those male and female students in the non-pastoral track degree programs are considered eligible for financial aid and for other services provided by the Seminary for its students. Approximately 50 ecclesiastical denominations and 30 countries are represented in the student body.
