There may be a semester during your studies where two required courses have overlapping class schedules. In Populi, if a course is conflicting with one you have already registered for, the schedule will be red and there will be a lock next to the course.

If this is the case, you will need to submit a Course Conflict Approval form to the Academic Affairs office.

Approvals will not be granted if you will miss more than 50% of a course. Language courses do not permit course conflict approvals. Course conflicts are not approved for elective courses.
