MTE I and II classes are intensive. They require a lot of in-class participation, and students complete a challenging amount of homework each night. MTE classes are intensive because students must make significant progress in their language development over a short period of time. In order to achieve that development, students must focus intensely on using their English in all areas (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). We encourage our students to begin “thinking in English” in order to become more proficient in the language and make more rapid progress.
