Prospective international students should follow this timeline closely to be best positioned to set up life in the U.S. and begin a Westminster degree program:

Over six (6) months before expected new student orientation date:

Upload in application portal all required seminary application materials so a decision on seminary admission, provisional until full funding is documented, may be issued

Up to 180 days before expected new student orientation date (but not before):

Upload in application portal evidence of funding and accompanying affidavit(s) of support in pursuit of a U.S. Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status, or Form I-20.

Up to 120 days before expected new student orientation date (but not before):

Have visa appointment

Up to 30 days before new student orientation date (but not before):

Arrive in the U.S.

Save for the seminary admission decision, the timeline is based on U.S. federal government markers.
